Founded in 1996, Ningbo Development Zone Hengda Electrical Co., Ltd. is a provincial hi-tech enterprise and specialized in the R&D, manufacture and sales service of lighting fittings and solar energy PV module connectors.
Our company is situated in Beilun Dagang Industrial Town of Ningbo Development Zone which enjoys flourishing import and export trade business, convenient transportation and harbor advantages. Our company covers an area of 15mu (about 10, 005 square meters) and our building area is over 10, 000 square meters with registered capital of 1.68 million USD and total investment of 3.68 million USD.
Relying on our experience for a dozen of years in lighting fitting production management and economic strength, we produce both a full variety of new energy-saving lighting fittings and solar energy PV module connectors. Our annual output of lighting fittings is over 80, 000, 000 pieces with product certifications of CQC, VDE, CE and RoHS.
Solar energy PV module industry grows rapidly along with the ever-worsening global energy shortage. Aiming at this industry, Hengda has employed talented personnel, introduced advanced equipment and technology and began to research and develop solar energy PV module junction boxes and connectors since 2004.
Hengda had invested over five percent of the annual sales amount in the R&D of new products for the past four years and successfully developed more than ten varieties of solar energy PV module junction boxes and connectors. By estimate, we will produce more than 1.5 million sets of solar energy PV module connectors in 2008.
Our products have been identified by German TUV testing and are up to the safety requirements of European electric apparatus of the second category. Meanwhile, Hengda is concentrating on developing and promoting our proprietary brand of "TOP, " which has won considerably domestic market share and a stable client base. Our products sell well in the EU, Korea, Taiwan Area and other countries and regions.
Innovation goes on as it never ends. Based on the development and design concept of "making the unique and the best products", Hengda tries to grasp the market trend and targets at the market potential to launch new products relying on current technical achievements. Hengda now is developing amorphous silicon solar modules and junction boxes and connectors used for glass curtain walls to keep pace with new technology advancement and to meet market demands.
Moreover, Hengda has obtained the certificates of ISO9001: 2000 Quality Management System and ISO14001 Environmental Management System, and built a complete internal management system by observing the systems rigorously to assure product quality and their technical level.
